Will i receive an email and tracking number when my item ships?
YES! you will receive an email when your item ships. The tracking number will be active very shortly after that. ALl us order will arrive withn 5 days. and most CA orders in 2 days.
I cannot wait for the shipment. Can i cancel my order?
If you were not aware of our unique shipping method, or the item will not arrive in time for an event, please let us know and if not yet shipped we can refund/cancel your order.

What are the materials?
Our Table and Pendant lights are now being made in an electro-plated steel in a gold finish, akin to jewelry. Unless specified on the product page, all of our lights are now made in metal.
The large 2ft Lights are made in a lightweight plywood and painted gold.
Can I use the lights outside?
We recommend indoor usage only. Metal lights can be used outside but only under coverage as our fixtures are rated for indoor use.
I live outside the US. Will the lights work with my voltage?
YES - we have done a lot of work to ship with plug adapters for your region and also bulbs that use your voltage. However, sometimes it is very difficult to attain 220v bulbs in the US (for Europe, Asia, and Australia), so if your light does not come with a bulb, please run to the store to buy one. Remember, clear bulbs create crisp shadows while frosted bulbs create soft shadows.
What thread type does the bulbs use?
Table lights use e12 threads and Pendant lights use e26/e27 threaded bulbs, which is the worldwide standard.
Do you offer return or refunds?
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as everything is limited edition artwork and made to order.
Do you refund or returns on the clothing?
Since everything is made to order, we do not refund orders or do exchanges for size issues or buyer’s remorse size exchanges.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
What if there is something wrong? Any claims for misprinted/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Can I use any bulb in the lights?
You can easily change the bulb but keep the wattage below 75w
